Community Announcements ServiceView the Community Announcements ServiceThe Community Announcements Service reaches over 900 organizations and individuals in the City of Hamilton and beyond. Registered subscribers are notified about each new announcement by email. Other regular readers are notified using the RSS news feed available on this site. You can check the Community Announcement Board regularly for new postings by visiting the site, you can subscribe to the service by providing your email address in the email notification subscription box on the page or you can set up to receive an RSS feed. If you choose to subscribe, you will receive an email with instructions on how to confirm your subscription. Be sure to click on the link as instructed in the confirmation message to complete the subscription process. Subscription to the Community Announcement Service is free and open to everyone. Subscribers to the Service will receive regular email notifications with brief descriptive headlines and a link to each new announcement. Based on the headline and summary in the link location, you can decide whether to view the file. You can also chose to print the .pdf file, save it to a location on your computer, or send it by email to someone else who would be interested in the information.
